EnP. Sumilang is a licensed Environmental Planner in the Philippines. In his 10 years of working experience, he was able to manage projects and programs at the local and national level which includes technical advisory,
supervision, and administrative support. Some of his experience is related to various development and environment related projects such as Comprehensive Development/Land Use Planning, Natural Resources
Assessments, Policy Development, Program Planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and
Generation of Development Statistics. His recent projects also include the use of different Geographic Information System (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) software.
