Mr. Bragais is a geographic information system (GIS) practitioner in fields of environmental science and
disaster risk reduction and management. He is a co-founder and the incumbent President of Geographic
Innovations for Development Solutions, Inc. (GrIDS), a registered environmental consultancy firm that aims to
provide scientifically-based decisions using GIS.
Thru GrIDS, he provides capacity building training for local government units, academe, students, researchers,
and all interested professionals to mainstream the application of GIS to the climate change adaptation efforts
in the Philippines.
